I have a death grip that causes my hand to cramp really bad and this pen has helped way more than I could have expected. I can actually write for more than a few minutes without pain now which is good because I have to take a lot of notes for work and still prefer writing it down than typing.

i wish all pens could be this comfortable to write with. i always look this one up to us. wish they had more colors. would give these 10 stars if it were offered. don't hesitate to buy this one.

The Pilot Dr. Grip is now my go-to pen for daily writing. I have a "death grip," and I appreciate the extra thick barrel and generous padding around it. Well worth it.

My poor writing utensils get pretty abused by how tightly I grip them as I furiously take notes in class.
