If your item is not covered by one of the below warranties, please let us know of any issues within 30 days, even if the issue was discovered after the product was used. We'll be happy to help.
Kaweco items come with a two-year warranty. If an issue arises with your Kaweco product within two years of purchase, please contact JetPens. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
If you experience an issue with your LAMY item within 30 days of purchase, please contact JetPens. Past 30 days, LAMY prefers for customers to contact them directly for repair and warranty assistance.
